Usher was spotted out and about in St. Barts this weekend after he rang in the New Year with his celebrity friends. But when the paps caught him stuck in traffic, Usher wasn’t feeling it. The paparazzi sources on the scene report that Ush quickly pulled his car over, hopped out, and jetted from the scene to escape their lenses.
