Christina Milian Sued over Vicious Dog Attack

Christina Milian's 81-year-old neighbor claims he was mauled by one of her dogs back in 2008 -- and now the man wants Christina to pay for the canine's alleged brutality.

Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Christina and family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the family's negligence lead to the attack that left him with "severe personal injuries."

Leo tells TMZ it all started in October of '08, when Christina's home had "flooding problems" which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged.

Leo says he went over to speak to the family about repairing the gate when one of their dogs escaped ... then attacked him from behind and bit "a huge chunk" out of the back of his arm.

The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal -- and that he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression.

Leo is suing Christina -- real name Christine Flores -- her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle for an undetermined amount.

Tyra Banks “Fiercely Real Teen Model Search” Is For The Little Big Girls

2 days ago Tyra announced the first ever plus-sized teen model competition on Monday’s episode of “The Tyra Show.” Look under the hood for details on what she’s looking for on the flippy side.

Here’s Tyra’s take on the show:

“I’ve always felt it was my mission to expand the narrow perceptions of beauty; through America’s Next Top Model, True Beauty and The Tyra Show I challenge industry and universal standards by featuring and celebrating non-traditional beauty, and stressing that true beauty is both INSIDE & OUT. Today, I’m announcing my FIRST EVER plus-sized teen model competition which I’m calling the Fiercely Real Teen Model Search; plus-sized tends to have a negative connotation and I want young girls to realize that what’s considered plus-sized is the average American woman. That woman is healthy, fit and beautiful. Adolescence is such an impressionable time in a young woman’s life, and I hope this contest helps teen girls discover their own beauty from the inside out.”

Teens hoping to be cast on Tyra’s “Fiercely Real Teen Model Search” must be between the ages of 13 and 19 are eligible to enter and must wear a size 12-20 and stand 5′9″- 6′1″ tall.

The winner will receive the following:

1. A one year modeling contract with Wilhelmina
2. A fashion spread on Tyra’s Magaline (shot by Tyra)
3. Cover photo with Tyra on Tyra’s Magaline
4. A spread in a major fashion magazine

The finalists will be introduced on Tuesday, March 2nd’s “The Tyra Show,” with the winner being crowned on Wednesday, March 3rd’s show.

We’re pretty sure this will give Tyra another good excuse to talk about herself, her struggles with her weight and oh… herself! some more. Who came up with that horrible name??? Ugh. Fiercely terrible Tyra!

Game Questions Purpose of School

“After you learned how to read & do addition, what else did we need school for that we use in everyday life as an adult?”

Before even getting into this story, let's all sit back and marinate on such a thought-provoking question. I'm sure if we extracted the idea of subtraction and division and only embraced multiplication, dwindling funds would never be a problem, would it? Out of mind, out of sight.
